Everyone that works there cares so much about your experience while you are there, especially the owners. The massage therapist are all fabulous . And the tea and champagne delicious!!!!

My votes for anything "massage" go to Urbana. They have proven to me many times that they are the best in Charlotte or any other city I've recieved massage in. I have gotten various types of massage there. All great. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone there and often do.
