Stephanie Rider is AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I've been getting my hair brazilian keratin treatment by her for 6 years now. I have incredibly thick, long hair, that's tight curly and on the coarse side and it always comes out AWESOME! She never fried my hair - not even the tiniest, littlest, slightest bit. When she done with me, my hair is always soft, shiny, frizz free and perfect.

If you're thinking of getting your hair straightened, definitely see Stephanie, she might not be the cheapest place in town - but you get what you pay for. For the level of professionalism, attention to detail and overall awesomeness - you won't find a better deal.

Love Love My Straight Hair!!. I had the Japanese Straightener several times by Stephanie and love it, but also had the Brazilian Keratin Treatment done twice and I actually prefer it because it fades naturally... after 3-4 months my hair was back to 80-90% of it's curl, but it happened very gradually, and I was able to wear my hair in loose ringlets for a while (humidity became a real issue).

I loved my hair when I had the BKT because it was "wash-and-go", my dream!

Stephanie worked your magic on my mixed race frizzy hair!. I am mixed race and have had perms from black hair salons. The results were horrible. I hated my hair because it was dry as well as damaged . One day I enough and started searching the web for straighteners, I came across Stephanie's website. I started reading about the different straighteners: Brazilian Keratin and Thermal. I could not believe it could be used on my hair. So, called Stephanie to find out more information about the differences of the two straightening services. She explained that the products she used were safe and would not damage my hair. I asked her so many questions and she had an answer for all of them. I made an appointment and had the service done. After 2 day I shampooed my hair I was amazed! My hair bounced, moved, felt great and it was straight.... Love love love her...

My Hair is everything Stephanie said it would be and more.... She has changed my curly, frizzy nightmare hair forever. I can wake up and my hair is straight. Take a shower still straight. Go outside in the rain still yes straight. Stephanie explained everything to me before my service was done. I ask her lots of questions and she was happy giving me the answers. She told me that the Keratin Treatment would last longer if I washed my hair less. I was used to not shampooing often because my hair was so dry. But after this great treatment my hair was soft, shiny and straight. I had my hair straighten the beginning of this year and did not need to go back until June and I just had it straightened last week for the holidays. I highly recommend Stephanie Rider for any straightening service. You will not be disappointed you!!! Everyone should experience keratin treatment it is a miracle.....

Hair Straightening Experience. I had my hair straightened by Stephanie and it got soft and straight from the $175 Keratin treatment. I was told it would last 3-5 months--however it lasted only 9 weeks and went back to being coarse and wiry. I used the products Stephanie recommended. I was not happy and talked to her about it and she said I was washing it too much and the product washed out sooner. I wash my hair every other day. She said I should wash it once a week but did not tell me that when I had the straightening done. Nowhere on her follow-up information that she gave me does it say anything about the frequency of how often to wash your hair--it does say not to shampoo it for 2-3 days after the treatment and I didn't. When I mentioned that she told me the Keratin treatment was 3-5 months, she said she told me the wrong time frame for the treatment. The $175 was a lot of money to me but I assumed I would get at least 3 months worth for my investment. She said I should have the $595 Japanese treatment but I can't afford that. So I will not be going back to her and advise anyone to get the correct information before laying out your money.

Love my straightening service!. She is very professional as well as fabulous stylist. I love my new straight hair!!! I am so glad I found her!
