By far the best hair experience I've had in years! Kaylie is a very talented hair designer and I felt comfortable with her suggestions and honesty for changing my hair color from over-processed blonde, received at a different salon, to a wonderful and healthy light brown! I'm so pleased and recommend HaircolorXperts/Birkdale Village to everyone!

Thank you Ashlyn, Christina(? Kristina) and absentee owner Karen Snider( who reportedly lives in Thailand) for failing to provide basic, courteous, and professional customer service on my last attempt to set up an appointment at your location in spite of having been a faithful and excellent client for 20 months.Not even losing your parent( as I recently did) seems to stir their sensibilities. Such arrogance and selfishness. It is nice to know that customers must accomodate Birkdale Haircolor experts and not the other way around. Anyway, I have found a much better and superior stylist as a result and I owe it all to you.

Marcia is the BEST. Marcia at Haircolorxperts is the BEST! Having spent years jumping from chair to chair at salons, I am a loyal and grateful customer the past 3 years. Marcia is patient, professional, and considerate of my time the moment I walk in the door. She always knows what to do to make sure I look and feel good. Great colorist and great stylist!

Ask for Sarah!. Sarah has been my stylist since SHE first came to the salon! She is very professional and personable, too. I have never been disappointed and I always get compliments on my hair. Call the salon and ask for a consultation with Sarah. I promise, you won't be disappointed!

Love it!!!. I have always jumped around from salon to salon trying to find a stylist. My search ended 2 years ago when I started going to this salon! Sarah is amazing!!!! I have even taken my Mom who lives in VA to see Sarah!!!

Kristy Misch is the best. I moved to the Lake Norman area last summer and we all know how stressful it can be to find someone new to color and cut our hair. I am very lucky to have found Kristy Misch, she is the first person I went to and there is no need to change. She was able to match my color with their product line and cut my hair the way I liked. After a few months I asked her to change my cut and of course she did an outstanding job, she made some suggestions and I love my new cut. You will not be disappointed if you have Kristy color or cut your hair.
