Gluten Free!. Had a great experience at Maggiano's. The Gluten Free pasta is DELICIOUS. They are very sensitive to guests with allergy needs; the chef comes to your table to talk about your food needs and advises what on the menu is okay to eat. This is the first restaurant to be so delicate about the matter and it was much appreciated! Will be dining again at Maggiano's SOON :-)

Had a great night. I went to this Maggiano's for a birthday dinner for my buddys wife. The room they put us up in was up top and they called it the corleone room! Hows that for italian! It was a big party 40 people i'd say with only two servers and a bartender. I didnt expect to have to great of service with only 2 servers for all of us but my tables server lorane was awesome. The food kept on coming and the drinks werent to strong or to weak. I hadnt been to this Maggiano's before but i'm definitely going to be coming back with my wife. The pictures on the walls and the old timey italian feel made for a great night and the Zuccini is out of this world!!!

Bad Experience. We went for my daughter's 21st Birthday to Maggiano's. They day was going bad, we were late for the reservations, but they said that was okay. Our waitress kept forgetting to refill our drinks and I had to keep asking another person to get her, or to get us what we needed. The food was really bad, Pizza with no sauce, the Garlic Shrimp had no taste the sauce looked and taste like water. My daughter's friend ask for Alfredo sauce because her food was dry and it took 15mins to bring it out. Another friend had spaghetti with meat sauce, and it was dry. We had a party of 8 so the tip was of course included, for serve that was not great at all. I do not mind paying a tip but this person would have received 1/2 of the money. The appetizer came out 5 minutes before our meal. To top it all off the health grade was not good, I was very disappointed, and my daughter was also. The manager offered something different, but he also made excuses for the food. ex. He said that was the way it was suppose to task.

My mothers food was the only thing that taste good, she said the Lasagna was good. Another person said the Shrimp with angel hair pasta as okay but dry.

Not so great... overated. My husband and I went here after hearing alot of great things about it. We both were disappointed with the food. The pasta was dry and bland and the salmon was loaded with bones. Not worth it, wont eat here again.

Family-friendly restaurant serves up enormous portions of southern Italian favorites in a nostalgic setting.. In Short
Family-style portions and red-checkered tablecloths create a casual, congenial vibe, drawing families and large groups to this feast of Italian-American nostalgia set to a Sinatra soundtrack. The made-from-scratch menu is brimming with traditional dishes, from starters like fried calamari, Parmesan garlic bread and Tuscan-style mussels to spaghetti with meatballs and manicotti with chicken and spinach. For those with room to spare, a piece of sweet tiramisu and a strong cappuccino help finish the meal.

Best Italian food in charlotte. This is the best Italian food in Charlotte. Classic southern Italian food that tastes great. The restaurant made me feel like I was back in the old neighborhood in NY. The service was excellent and the recommendation for the special fish was exactly what my girlfriend wanted. The flavor of the marninara sauce was perfect. I couldn't have had a better experience than I did.

great atmosphiere. great looking place spacious with a stylish ny city look..had chicken salti boca over fetticinni with alfredo sause..pasta was cooked right el dente sause was bland no flavor..chicken tender ..service fair considering it was not busy.prices modest considering a south park location..worth another try for the generous looking pasta dishes.

Wonderful service, atmosphere, food, etc.. Could not have had a better experience than when dining at Maggiano's. The food was wonderful, prices are in line, portions great - even the half portions are great - and the wine list was sufficient. "Big city Italian" atmosphere with Southern charm.

nobody helped us. we sat for 15 minutes and no one came by to even take our drink orders. There was plenty of waitstaff, and nobody even acknowledged us or our wait. I have eaten there before, and the food is decent family style italian, but still. I'm not going back. There are many other places to choose from, and with the lack of service we received, I'd have to choose some place else first.
