BEST TANNING SALON, hands down!!!!. This is the friendliest tanning salon that I have ever been to, I have really gotten to know a lot of the employees and they are so helpful, they greet me by my first name every time I walk in. They have the Best Best Best beds especially the Level 4 beds....AMAZING!! I use to never use a tanning product until I was educated on the benefits and my tan and my skin has NEVER felt and looked so good. I TRULY enjoy coming to tan here, THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! LOVE IT!

really disappointed. staff seems to come off very friendly, but at the end of the day the customer service sucks. they OBVIOUSLY are all about commission (guess the sticker on the computers should have been enough warning). they sell sell sell like its their job but fail to give you the fine print and warn you that after their fantastic deals you'll be left paying way more than you bargained for and getting way less. NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY to speak of. you may think you are paying the same as those around you, but turns out you're paying twice as much (for the same bed) as the girl you always see in there. one sales rep was so desperate to get me a lotion, she almost had me taking my friends discount, without her knowing!!

Terrible facility ~ Beware it is Dirty !!!!!!!!. Un-friendly staff, I think due to they are just overworked!

Look around it's dirty they should be ashamed to run this type of business in an unsantiary state!

Ballantyne Location. wow, I almost gave up on palm beach tan! I've been to all the locations close to my house... there are 3 (carmel rd, ballanytne, and parktowne village) and let me tell you guys, the ballantyne location was super great! the girls over there are NOTHING like the girls over at parktowne, it's crazy how they are so different. i remember feeling VERY VERY uncomfortable and not welcomed at all when i went to the parktowne store!

But one day when i was coming home from work i decided to try the ballantyne store (of course i walked in there with my guard up and ready to lash out if they did/said anything like the parktowne location), To my surprise (i was really shocked) they ended up being a 2 big thumps up! The 2 girls working were just as sweet as pie- I want to say there names were Nicole and Christy. If you want a great tan then take my word for it visit PALM BEACH TAN- BALLANTYNE!!!!

Average. The prices are ok but not great. They do have a steady customer flow - they are usually busy and never slow! They do have a variety in different levels of beds (1-4) depending on what you want. However the staff is not very impressive...they are not all that friendly. They are also very pushy with buying lotions, canceling your contract, and which level of bed you decide to go with. The staff also acts like they have never seen you before when you walk into their doors...so if you are expecting them to recognize you even if you go in every other day for months on end...they won't! I'm used to a business being appreciative of your repeat business and making the effort to at least know your name...not the case here!
