BEST Auto Mechanic in Charlotte!

We've used Dutch since we moved here in 2008. There have been several times when he has made recommendations that saved us HUNDREDS of dollars when he had the opportunity to take advantage of us. He is honest, even takes pictures of repairs, explains things so anyone can understand them, is beyond personable, and has helped us tremendously. We recommend him to all our friends. He is the BEST!! You can trust his company to do a great job and to stand by their service!

We love Dutch at A&M Auto! We've been using them for all our car maintenance needs in the past 5 years and we have had zero problems. They are very trustworthy, which is hard to find these days. I recommend them to all our friends and they have all be thrilled with him as well!

Finding a Good Mechanic: Priceless

Wow, I can't say enough about the friendly, professional service I receive at A&M Autoservice in Pineville. I have taken my car there numerous times and always have a great experience. If the repairs require a lot of time, I get to drive the red jeep loaner vehicle - a huge help. Dutch is very knowledgeable and informs me of any and all options. (even if it means less $$ for him!!). Sometimes he tells me things I don't want to hear, but that is exactly why my friends and neighbors take our cars to him. He tells it like it is and we trust him and his advice/information. Other car repair shops tell you things you "need" to do, but don't want to explain why or show you the worn out parts after they have been replaced. I don't believe them. I don't trust the quality of the parts they put in. Dutch at A&M is the best. My husband totally agrees, and that is saying a lot!

Great alternative to the chains.

Owner takes time to educate you on your problem and offers repair options. They understand the benefits of repeat business. They even offer a shop warranty beyond the parts warranties. Not many places do that.
