Update:

So...this is actually an addendum to my earlier review. The "owner" of the business just called me (2 months after my original post and incident) and threatened to sue me for reporting my experience with his business. On the website of the business they used to have Angie's List logos - but they had no valid relationship with Angie's List. They have since taken them down. Please visit their website and attempt to post any type of review - negative or positive. There is no portal for posting reviews on their site. I filed a police report regarding my experience. The owner seems to think I should have contacted him before I posted a review. Actually, we had quite a few conversations before the review was posted. I called them first when I noticed that my items were missing and sent him pictures, etc. He actually told me that he had gone to his employees house and "looked around". Really???? Nothing I have posted is fallacy; this was my experience with his business and his phone call threatening me does not negate the fact that this happened. He is not bonded (which probably could have eliminated his concern - although money does not make up for what happened). I wish him and his business the best.

Bad news - take business elsewhere. Find someone else to clean your carpet. These guys are not in the Better Business Bureau. They claim to be bonded and insured, but refuse to offer proof. They do not keep appointments, but come when they want to and expect you to bow to them! Their work is NOT good and they do not back it up as claimed. Read the reviews! I cannot believe they have not been shut down.

Worst Carpet Cleaner Ever!. I used this cqarpet company to clean a medium sized livingroom carpet, a small hallway and two sets of stairs 9 on one level and 5 on the other level. The technician came during the scheduled time however the job performed was just terrible. He was finished in about 10 minutes and it looked as if he didn't do anything. By the time I came to see the finished job, he already had the equiptment in his truck. I had to ask him to go over one specific area that was just a mess. He bought the equiptment back in and ran over the spot for about 10 seconds tel;ling me it might not come clean because I waited too long to have my carpet cleaned. I will never use this company again. The service was terrible. If he felt the carpet wasn't going to come clean. he should have been a good business man and stated so not do a terrible job and take my 103 dollars. Totally disgusted with this company.

After Searching. After searching and comparing prices on-line I found that My Carpet Cleaner had the best deal and offered more within their pricing. Not only did AJ do a GREAT job - we were able to get an appointment the same day! We will definitely use My Carpet Cleaner again!

I called My. I called My Carpet Cleaner and more as a last ditch effort to salvage my carpet. Because the carpet seemed so run down, I was not too optimistic about the results, but these gentlemen absolutely exceeded my expectations and more. The carpet is cleaner now than when we first moved in. I will recommend them to everyone that I know, and any time that I need services they will be my first call

Poorly ran and managed. My Carpet Cleaner came out to "clean" my carpet. I didn't think it was that clean after it dried, when I told AJ that I thought his quality of work wasn't very good, he didn't care. He refered me to his sub-contracter and told me to deal with him. When I called "AJ's Employee" he gave me a run around too. I run a business and he has no idea what he is doing and doesnt care about his work quality. If you are looking for a poor carpet cleaning company call My carpet cleaner. I should have read the reviews.

Disappointed. Was quoted 85 over the phone and charged 100 on site. My carpet was not cleaned to my expectations and they were not in very bad condition to start with. The guy over the phone talked me out of going with another cleaner and promised to do a better job for less. I will be calling the other company and have them come and ACTUALLY CLEAN the carpet in my home.

extra good work. took there time with stains.Other companies will not even try or want to charge you if they do and they think we are stupid but we know that chemicals do not cost that much even for a small quarter size stain but my carpet cleaner got the stain out without asking me and I appreciate that.
