I have been seeing Dr. Stuart Williams for over a year and recently, when I had missed an appointment and had to reschedule a dental cleaning, I was billed $150. When I called to follow up on the charges I was told that you had to give 24 hours cancellation/reschedule notice or I would be charged $75. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard...I missed an appointment for the first time in over a year and had to reschedule an appointment because of a business trip but I was told I was responsible for the bill. I referred 3 patients to Dr. Stuart's office, that would have not gone there other wise, but this was the thanks I got. I am going to take my business else where, and I would recommend you do the same.

I have been seeing Stuart Williams for more than 3 years now and I have never recieved so many compliments on my smile. Stuart's office is like walking into a spa and you feel like family as the staff learns your name and personalizes every visit. I hate going to the dentist at a general rule but this office is very warm and inviting and I have the opportunity to catch up on a little t.v. watching while in the chair. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional charismatic dentist. LaWana
