Great hotel BUT... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at goo.gl/FPxYD They have some of the best hotel deals on the web!

Beautiful resort and BEST STAFF!. This is a fabulous place to stay-even if you live just 5 minutes away. All staff is extremely friendly, none intrusive and great ambassadors for the city of Charlotte! Beautiful rooms...Clean and luxurious!

Great facility. This is a great place to go if you really need to relax. Unlike many of the local spas, this one provides world class facilities including sauna and steam room where you can relax for as long as you like before and/or after your treatment. The staff is professional and things are always right on time.

great salon. i've had my hair cut and colored here several times, every time it comes out great. massage is also good, but a little pricey.

Best Massage and atmosphere in Charlotte!. Located in the Ballantyne Resort you can step away from the world! pedicures overlooking the 18th hole of the golf course, tranquil ambiance for your massage to relax and rejuvanate and then, a wonder lunch in the Ballantyne Resort's restaurant makes a perfect day!
