Beautiful resort and BEST STAFF!

This is a fabulous place to stay-even if you live just 5 minutes away. All staff is extremely friendly, none intrusive and great ambassadors for the city of Charlotte! Beautiful rooms...Clean and luxurious!

Great facility

This is a great place to go if you really need to relax. Unlike many of the local spas, this one provides world class facilities including sauna and steam room where you can relax for as long as you like before and/or after your treatment. The staff is professional and things are always right on time.

i've had my hair cut and colored here several times, every time it comes out great. massage is also good, but a little pricey.
