Come on! They do not deserve any stars!. So if you plan on coming to this tanning establishment just be aware that you will be waiting! I walked in not usually using this location to two snobby women (girls) whom didn't really care that I was there. When they decided to speak to me they asked name and what do I want to do. I said just the medium spray tan. Then they started to try to sell me things, products that enhance your tan. When I said no thank you they got pushy and almost insulting. When I told them that the tan enhancer (not the one that adds hydration) that they put into the bottle turned me orange all three times they looked at me and said "well you must have done something". What? What could I have done all three times, so basically they were calling me a liar. Then they both proceeded to a room behind the counter thinking I can't hear them while another young lady came in. One popped out asked what she wanted and stuck her in the spray tan (their only one) while I was waiting, I was here first! "O she had an appointment" PBT doesn't take appointments! So I wait just like the other two times that I decided to go in being they are next to Lowe's. The first time I waited an hour and a half to spray tan the other 45 min. At this visit it was an hour. I will NEVER go back there again. They will have to wipe out that staff and manager for me to even think about it. When I told the place I go to what happened they were super apologetic but I found out they are told horror story's about that place all the time. AVOID THAT LOCATION FIND ANOTHER ONE TO GO TO!

great place. staff is really nice and friendly, i have only dealth with the guys but very cool. makes you feel welcome when somebody remembers your name. clean. recommend to everybody.
