best italian resturant ever!. the wait may be a little long but it is so worth it. You get a lot of food for your money. If you have a big family it is the best place to go for th big portions that you. and not to mintion that you can eat right in the kitchen if you reserve the table but it was deffinetly an experient.

Unique Dining Experience. This place is gawdy and and over the top from the minute you enter the parking lot. Year round christmas lights and Venecian statues decorate the exterior. The interior does not disappoint. From the initial walk through the kitchen to get to your table to the elaborate pictures of past popes and italian celebrities Buccas has it all. Fake flowers abound and seemingly italian carnival music bursts from the speakers. The service is exceptional and the food loaded with flavor. Bring an appetite as most menu items are meant to be shared. This is a great place to go if you are looking for great food but a little something different. Bring a sense of humor.

Great Place for Kids. We took a larger group of kids and we were very pleased. The kids had a great time exloring the unique resturant. The food portions were large and we didnt have any complaints about the service or the food.

Awesome!. Ya'll have got to get on down to bucca's it is such an amazing place. the moment I walk in the door I am greeted by smiling faces, then we are taken on a tour thru the whole restaurant. Everyone there is so friendly and the food is absoulutly amazing. My favorite is the macaroni rosa. It's corkscrew pasta with creamy pink sauce, juicy chicken,broccoli and mushrooms. I love it. The only thing better is the dessert. There cheese cake is the best cheese cake I have ever eaten hands down. It is so creamy and just makes my mouth water. go try some

Favorite Restaurant!!. EVERY time that we go to Bucca's, we love it. We love the food, the service, & the atmosphere! My personal favorites here are chicken saltimboca, macaroni rosa, and the chicken marsala is out of this world!! Oh yeh, the warm spinach & tomato salad is outstanding as well! If you have kids and haven't tried eating in the kitchen, make a reservation to do that. I hate that the people that have posted here had a bad experience, but I guess that happens at every restaurant. I say give it one more shot because my family has had nothing but pleasure from every experience at Bucca. Gotta go, we're on our way to Bucca!!

Won't go again. We are always looking for new places to go and decided to try Buca di Beppo recently. The interior is eclectic and fun, the staff was happy and helpful, there was a wide variety of items to choose from on the menu and the portions were large. However, the food itself was not so great. We started with salads and bread, and that was okay - nothing outstanding, but not bad. For our main course we had the Quattro al Forno, which was a "sampler" of their baked pasta dishes and none of them were very good. The noodles were overcooked, the sauces were mediocre and in a couple dishes we were confused about what kind of meat we were eating.

A fun atmosphere is nice, but we go to restaurants to eat good food, and I wouldn't qualify this as good at all.

We had the best time here!. Our group went in this past Friday night - Buca di Beppo was hosting a Cruse-in Car Show. The food was excellent and the service was the best!

Best Italian Food. This is by far the BEST ITALIAN food I've had in years. They treat you like Family. I wish I could live there.

Where's the food?. Yesterday evening, my friend and I decided we would try your Buca di Beppo location in Charlotte, NC. This was our first experience dining at Buca di Beppo. Our waitress reviewed the specials for the evening and took our drink orders. Our waitress returned shortly to inform us that they were out of both Italian Wedding soup and Spaghetti with Meatballs. We decided that we would settle for Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and forego the appetizer. Within minutes, our waitress, along with manager, returned to also inform us that the kitchen was out of the Fresh Salmon. To say the least, I was highly agitated and disappointed that an establishment with such a good reputation could not produce at least one of the three items we had ordered for dinner. Despite the managers offer to pay for our drinks, we left hungry.
