My wife and I had the sad privelege of staying at the Westin during a recent convention. The Service was surprisingly outstanding, until I was attacked by what I can only describe as "Monkey Servers with imitation Coconut Surprise"! The waitstaff should seek employment at "Family Dollar", which I think would be "A value Meal", of Jungle Goodies.

My husband and I stayed there this past weekend for my birthday. He contacted them in advance to let them know we would be there for a special occasion. The attention to detail was wonderful. They took great care to make sure we had a great stay, everything we needed and more. The service was wonderful, we were always addressed by name. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at the Westin, for business or pleasure. The Heavenly Bed is truely heavenly, we don't remember falling asleep, but do remember not wanting to leave.
