Been in building for 3 weeks. So far so good. Unique look to units, exposed concrete upper walls and ceilings. Excellent internal acoustics, can't hear anything from adjoining units. Be aware Norfolk Southern runs next door, not big issue but it's there. Staff is helpful, free indoor parking, four blocks to Tryon St., B of A Stadium, five blocks to Bobcats Arena. Overall pretty good deal.
Pros: Good location, Unique design, Indoor parking
Cons: Smallish units, Frieght Line nearby
