Shocked!. Shocked that there is still such a company that works with the customer not against the customer! I am so happy that someone has it together. I recently purchased furniture from Slumber Kids, and I had a tiny "concealed" damage on my sons dresser. I called customer service, and the customer service was amazing, the lady was so appoligetic and friendly, she ordered my replacement . Also shocked that the new one arrived in such a timely fashion. The delivery crew swaped the items and we were so happy! Shocked that companies today stick to their words! Thanks to the sales staff, the customer service staff, and the delivery crew! I will tell my friends and family where to go for baby or kids stuff!

Excitement NEVER ends!. Excitement nevers ends. From the day I arrived to Slumber Kids, greated by such a knowledegable staff, the day I ordered and the day I received the call that my order arrived so fast! I just knew it was a trick, but no it wasn't! Slumber Kids had my order in such a fast time frame that I didn't get the room painted...and the delivery guys were so great! I did not expect such good service in todays times, but they were great! I even tipped the delivery guys! All was such a great experience..I had to share! Thanks Slumber Kids!

The best for my money!. I have searched everywhere for my sons room and recently came across Slumber Kids. The people were great from the store to delivery and I am very pleased with the loft bed that we purchased. I would highly recommend Slumber Kids for anyone in the market for kids furniture.

Love my Baby Furniture!. Just received my baby furniture last week.....what great product and what a great price. We shopped everywhere and placed our order here based on the service that we received from Rick. Our order arrived two weeks early and we are very pleased with our decision. If you are in the market for kids furniture you should give these guys a try.

Best Selection in Town. While searching for furniture for my daughters room, I came across Slumber Kids. Michelle was extremely helpful in making sure that we made the right decisions and helped us through the process. We made our purchase and our delivery was completed today. The whole process was one that I have rarely had when purchasing furniture and I am extremely happy with our decision. Thank you Michelle and Slumber Kids.

Great Service! Great Price! Great Experience!. I was on a mission to find my a bedroom for my child when I came across Slumber Kids. They were extremely helpful and I found the perfect bedroom. The pricing was better than anywhere else I had shopped and the service was excellent. When my furniture was delivered the crew even let my son help. This was the best delivery crew I have ever had on furniture. I will use this company for my next child. If you are shopping for kids furniture you need to check out this company.

Nice people !!. Me and my wife bought bunk beds from Slumberkids. Lots of Bunks to choose from. The lady there was just as nice and helpful as she could be. Good buy!!

Shop somewhere else!. We purchased a bed, dresser, and mirror on February 14, 2010. After trying several times to set up a delivery date and being told the only times they could deliver was the weekend, they finally brought everything out three weeks later. After the delivery person was gone we opened the mirror and the wood was damaged. So we called them and they said they would replace it. They never called us back so we finally called them two weeks later. We are still trying to set up a delivery time, being told each time the only time they can deliver is on the weekend. We would never suggest that anyone buy furniture from Slumber Kids in Pineville, NC! Once they have gotten their money they will forget all about their customer service. At their website it says they will do whatever is needed to satisfy their customers. That is a joke and a big lie.

Super Bad, don't even think about it!. Placed an order for 2 pieces of furniture in July 2008, a bunk bed and a dresser. They arrived in September 2008 with the dresser damaged. We did not accept it and they took the dresser back to be fixed. Were told that we would be contacted with new shipment date. After not hearing from them in 1 month we started calling, and calling, and calling. They finally called back in December to say the new dresser top was in and they would call back with a new shipment date. Guess what, they never called back. Called them today (1/22/09) and said it should ship out in mid February 2009. They refuse to use any truck but their own and say that is the soonest one is coming to our area. We are stuck because the bed and dresser were bought as a set. I would like to tell them to shove the dresser you know where...but then I won't be able to get a dresser that matches the bed.

8 months is way to long to wait for a dresser! We'll see if it actually arrives in 8 months. I never would deal with this company again. They are full of excuses and will not do anything to provide decent customer service. They rarely return phone calls...maybe 3 in the 20 or so we've placed! In these trying economic times you would think that companies would work harder to gain and keep your business. This has every sign of a company about to fold. Beware of giving your hard earned dollars to a company that might not be around to deliver the goods.
