Jared Jewelry of Concord, NC. I turned my Movado watch in for repairs on 3/29/09 to have the clasp repaired and the watch came back 4-months later with a different band. They acknowledge that the band was different and said they were sending it back to Movado to change the band. Well to sum this up they still have my watch and the customer service is not any better. Salesperson I have a question for you. What did you mean when you said “you people” give me a hard time on the phone? That is why I came to the store to hear you say this to my face!

Jared you have had my watch for 8-months. What’s the problem? Everyone please look at all the reviews for Jared before you think about shopping or having your jewelry, watch repaired. Also, if you have diamond rings I would like to suggest having the diamond “map” before turning the ring in for repairs.
