I had done a mortgage with major bank mortgage lender before and I have to say Alpha beat them hands down on the purchase of my new home. They made the process easy and I got a great rate (6 5/8) in the middle of the mortgage market meltdown we are currently going through (8/07). Troy & Sarah were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recomend the team at Alpha Mortgage.

Pros: Easy to work with, clearly explain options, great rate and reasonable fees

Cons: I was totally satisfied...no complaints
