Ask for Blaine...You won't be sorry if you do!. My husband and i recently decided to refinance our home. We were working with a private lender and had an over 8 percent interest rate. We started working with Blaine, who was extremely professional, and yet down to earth about the whole process. I had loads of questions....he answered them, and we decided to go through with the process.

We now have a 5 percent interest rate and our payment has been reduced by about $250!
