Palm Beach Tan Experience. I enjoyed my one month tanning membership and then May came along. I knew I couldn't afford another monthly membership so I went in to cancel for the coming month. I thought I made myself clear and then went along with my own business never second guessing whether my membership was canceled or not. Until one day I get something from my bank telling me I had over 150 dollars missing from my account. I checked my bank statement and sure enough I was charged by palm beach tan for the month of May. Big oops on their part. This transaction cost 4 overdrafts to my account. Not only has my account been completely frozen since this happened, but it has now been a month and a half and I still haven't gotten my refund. Careful guys.... I know I'm never going back there again.

The Best Place to Tan in Charlotte. I've been tanning at Palm Beach Tan for almost 2 years. First, at an older location, now they are branching off everywhere! I was considered a hard core tanner for the longest time (4-5 days per week) and never had a bad experience with staff, sanitation, any of the 3 level or standup beds, ir with Mystic Tan.

I do prefer the newer locations--they look very nice, the level 3 beds are much better, staff very pleasant, I can't say enough. Try it out, if you tan. And if using Mystic Tan, remember the first time is probably going to streak but next time it will be much better. I've been a member of several tanning salons, but this place is the best yet :) Oh...I love the hours of operation...M-F 7AM-11PM, S and Sun 8AM-10PM. WHo else is open at 11 PM? Awesome place, great promotions, very affordable too.
