WORST customer service I've ever received. This place is ridiculous! First, they act like they don't care to sell the first piece of furniture or electronics. They have a bad attitude when they call your references and a negative tone when they talk to you.

I had the most difficult time getting a TV to my house and I've rented from Aaron's before without ever having this kind of trouble.

One girl even hung up on me when asked about a delivery time.

HORRIBLE customer service.

Very Good & Helpfull People !!!!!. Never had one single problem from them. They have always been helpfull and worked with me own payments. I now own 3 items I have rented to own and now own. Thank you. I recomend them 10 out of 10 times.

Aarons Sales & Lease CONCORD,NC. We have been renting to own all the way back to 2004. 3 Large 55" t0 60" TV's. Entertament system for TV's. A night stand or TV stand realy. This is alot of Reant to own things. We own all except the new TV we got last month. I also forgot the Laptop we got and own. We never had one single problem. If you need to be late on a payment just call them an tell them when you will make it. I saw the other review and was surprised at the feedback. WELL, THEY HAVE BEEN REAL GOOD TO ME AND MY WIFE IN ALL THAT WE HAVE RENT TO OWN AND THE ONES WE OWN NOW.

DO NOT RENT FROM AARONS. Do not rent from Aarons on Branchview Dr. in Concord, NC. I rented a refrigerator from them and this month I was late on making my payment. A man from the store called my supervisor and my ex-husband wanting me to call them. They have all of my personal contact numbers, so why did they call them??

The manager wanted me to come to the store on Friday to give him a post-dated check or he would come to my house to pick one up - NOT! I was sick all day in bed and could not get to the store. I sent an email to Aarons and told them the situation and the district manager called me. He was rude and made the entire matter out to be my fault.

DO NOT rent from this store unless you want to be harassed and talked to like trash. As soon as I am able to obtain another refrigerator, they can take this one and...well you know what they can do with it.
