Good wings...bad service. Great wings...and I love eating here, even despite their ever-increasing prices every visit. However, just thought I had to note the customer service here is horrible. I usually call my order in the manager usually answers and is SO short and gets smart for no reason. Example.. ordered wings and asked for a side of fries He repeated the order, wings, flavor, count, sauce on the side..never mentioned the side. So i repeated to make sure he heard me...then he yells..."I GOT IT".....what am I missing....it's like this EVERY time I have to call....it's just really not good considering this is the owner.

WHAT HAPPEND!!!!!!!. Ihave ordered wings from this place maybe 50 times. But they are not the same. customer service is not the same.

Absolutley the BEST wings in Charlotte!. We were so impressed with the food here. Their variety of wings is better than anywhere we've been before. A friend recommended TLC and we will definetly be going back and passing on the word.

Horrible customer service... will NEVER RETURN ... New owner. the owner, Amir he claimed, who took my order, cant fill a take out order correctly. I called back to have it rectified he denied making the mistake. Then immediately recanted and said he misunderstood it . But it wasn't his fault. Umm .. if u just admitted that u misunderstood ... last time i checked it is ur fault.

Having the flu and coughing all over the place i didnt want to return right away. I didnt ask for a refund just an adjustment for the next time. His reply... if u cant come now there is nothing i can do .

Im sorry but as a business owner one should be able to take 25 pieces of something divide by 1/2, 1/4, 1/4. it was apparent to me he was avoiding taking responsibility for the mistake.

he would rather i come in his restaurant with a contagious virus and contaminate people and possibly the food rather than make an adjustment for return business. By the way we have been going here for years and it has always been great until this new owner took over.

I will NEVER return EVER!

The best wings. I attenened a baby shower that had these wings and I found I was goign to the wrong place for uears. TLC has the best wings I've tasted in this town. I travel over 60 miles when the cravin ghits.

Great Wings, Highly recommend........ My family moved from California to Charlotte and we were desperate to find a GREAT Wings spot (We used to drive to Los Angeles to a wings spot off of La Cienega) to satisfy our cravings. We accidentally found TLC Wings and have been faithful customers ever since! Fabulous friendly owners and I would Highly recommend. Good food and good prices!
