Excellent food and great service! Plan to go back again and again. The food did not take long to make its way to my table and the drink menu was awesome! Look forward to sitting in Will's section agian he was fantastic!
I love this restaurant! I have never had bad service and the food has always been top notch. I recommend Firebirds Chicken Pasta. I always have enough left over for another meal! The green beans are amazing, too. If you sign up for their email club they give you good deals on their food as well. Do yourself a favor and try it out!
Firebirds had extremely bad customer service... I would not recommend anyone to Firebirds. The customer service started and ended with the sub-standard hostess on Sat night, November 23rd. I was looking forward to a nice birthday dinner but left in disgust before I had the chance to sit down. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!!!
I don't like using the word hate.. but
I really hate Firebirds at Northlake.. Really, Really crappy service.. For 12 minutes we waited and no one even came to our table....
The past few times we have been there they have cooked our steaks wrong. Sometimes they even did them wrong the second time.. How do you cook them wrong twice? Not much flavor either... They are very inconsistent with the food.. Never know what you will get.. Watery salad, dry augratin potatoes, over cooked steaks, chicken, very salty tuna (when they have it)
The management is very lacking... G A's don't ever fill up our drinks and the staff is always complaining of working there...
Note to everybody: Do not go to the Northlake location!!..
Review for Firebirds Grill.
I've been going to Firebirds for years now. It was the sort of place my family and I would go for birthdays or for other special occasions. The food is always well cooked, and very tasty. I have ordered a number of different things on the menu, but my favorite would have to be the shrimp salad.
This restaurant is great for both big and small parties of people. It has a nice atmosphere and every experience has been enjoyable for me. The only down side I can find would be the prices- they are rather high, especially for a college student like me. Its a good place to go to every once in a while. I highly recommend going.
Good Food. Always too busy, always too loud but because I love the food and live close by I get it to go. I highly reccomend the food even if you must get it to go.
Nothing Original For The Price. This place is perfect for Southerners who have never traveled out their comfort zone to try delicious food. If the place is overpriced then it must be good, right?
loved it!. went on the advise from my ex boyfriend. wonderful atmosphere, pleasant staff, and great food. the steak was super and the dessert to die for. although i didnt go to Rea road location I image they are all the same.
Wonderful food service and atmosphere, BUT.
I had a Desert Peach Martini (EXcellent) the Pork Tenderloin and the Pecan green beans. The pork had super flavor! It was smoked then cooked to a dot of pink & the green beans were crisp and very slightly sweet. But.
I arrived with 3 friends at 6/Weds and the music. was. too. loud. Now, I'm no damned granny, I'm 45 and a dancer. At arrival we couldn't hear each other speak seated at a booth halfway between the bar and kitchen. Guess what it was like at 7:30? Managers, when you create an atmostphere with noise, that established noise forces everyone to speak louder to be heard above the din! Personally, I'm pretty certain you're trying to cover up the kitchen noise. Anyway, we politely told Jodie we were nearly yelling at 7:30 (she was super too) and this was not due to any particular party nearby. She understood but intimated that this was normal rush hour noise.
Idiotic. With each entree costing $19 - $26., why am I also obstructed from doing what I CAME THERE TO DO? Eat and TALK. I loved the food and I would come back; your'e right aroud the corner from me... but I will not scream, dammit so wake up.
very good food. Every food item I've ordered there, I've enjoyed- onion rings, buffalo meatloaf, everything. It's very busy so either get there early or be prepared to wait. Unfortunately, they have a problem with their draft beers (at least Miller Lite, Blue Moon & Sam Adams and Coors Light before they dropped it) - there's some kind of bad taste in each one. Bottled beer is fine. Just don't get the draft beer and you'll enjoy it!
