Unbelivable. When signing the paper work to get the merchandise sold, the customer is the greatest thing in the world since sliced bread. When it looks as if the customer my not be making a purchase, then the gloves come off and it is time for disrespect! What ever happened to the customers' satisfaction comes first? A simple mistake in paper work can lead to this type of treatment? Wow!!! Unbelievable! I believe that it is this companies opinion that there will always be new customers, so why worry about repeat business? After witnessing first hand the unprofessional-ism of this company, I advise all consumers to beware! Stay away! Most importantly, " Don't do it!"
UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL DESCRIBES THIS LOCATI. This is my first rental experience. I have several planned business events this year. I attempted to schedule a delivery and they not only failed to deliver they lied about not contacting sources. When I requested a refund. I was invited into the store to receive the refund, then advised they did not have enough money to do the refund and that I need to come back tomorrow. Very poor customer service and very disrespectful was the manager Sean. Save yourself the time and hassle. So I basically lost time waiting on their delivery, gas driving out to their store, only to be advised come back tomorrow. He refused to give his managers information and told me I needed to just leave the premises when I requested the managers information.
