The best in the business!

You can not go wrong with ABsolute Pilates. They have the highest quality trainers in all of Charlotte, a beautiful expanded studio with an amazing atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and you get a wonderful personal workout. My abs have never looked (or felt) better, I have lean muscles, and have gained flexibility. If you haven't tried Pilates, now is the time!

Excellent knowlegeable trainers, fun workout!

Absolute Pilates is a STOTT Pilates training center. Absolute Pilates is THE place to get STOTT certified in Charlotte. If you are looking for a studio there are many in the area to choose from. This studio has all of the equipment and friendly trainers and nice variety of clients to be paired with for semi-private. I suggest starting with private lessons. The trainers will take good care of you and give you a fabulous workout. Do pilates for a whole year and you will have a whole new body!
