Good Yoga and Location. I recently started doing yoga and had no idea what I was doing. I told the front desk person and the teacher that it was my first time and they were very friendly and showed me the ropes. I've been going ever since and I love it. It does get hot in the room, but that is to be expected in a class called Hot Yoga. The only drawback is that the classes can get very crowded, so come early.
