Garbage For Sale!!!. Stop Selling That OverPriced Mess- U Guys Are Taking Consumers Money !!!
Terrible Service. My fiance and I recently purchased a living room set from this rooms to go store. The 1st time they tried to deliver the living room set I was not here but my fiance was. The couches were wrapped in thick plastic and the legs were still attached. My fiance said that the movers were rude and acted annoyed when they were moving the furniture inside. Well they didnt get 1 piece in the door, however they didnt take the plastic off or the legs off to fit it in the door so there attempt was very feeble. SO they left with all the furniture and left my fiance crying because she new the couch would fit if any effort was given. Well just to see if a couch that size would fit I moved our downstairs couch upstairs into that same door and same room myself. Whats funny is that the couch i fit inside the door was bigger then what they were "trying" to fit. Now we went back to the store and are getting the same set sent here and I guess I'll just move it up myself, no biggie, I understand that some people are helpless and lazy. Well the set was supposed to be here between 10am and 2pm. However they never showed nor called. So WE had to call them after waiting around all day and planning our day off around this delivery to hear that they were not coming. I don't know who manages this store but whoever it is is absolutely worthless. Me being a Army MP in the military can not understand the complete lack of responsibility and reliability of this store, this store is a perfect example of how NOT to run a business, and I'm surprised this store is still in business.…
Rooms To Go Outlet is Proud to Sell Bad Furniture.
Rooms to Go Outlet is a dishonest store, willing to sell useless, defective furniture and justifies it by claiming that the furniture they sell is useless and defective to begin with. In the
understanding that this is an Outlet store and as such certain concessions are made, it has been our experience that the main concession you must accept is that the furniture you are buying is most likely defective in more ways than advertised. In the interest of full disclosure, we did buy two pieces of furniture, one of whose defects were advertised, accepted by us, and did not affect the structure of the furniture; the other, was garbage and found itself their after only 9 months of use.
Specifically, we purchased a sleeper sofa whose back was "dirty/stained". After using it a month, the entire left arm practically detached itself from the couch, relying on balance and what little binding the nails had to the wood. This disconnect then caused the sleeper support to be nonexistent and thus when put away, the sleeper mechanism put a whole in our carpet, which was an extra expense to repair. About nine months later we relocated and attempted to fix the couch (afraid to do so any earlier), but it was unrepairable and then had to pay for it to be removed from our home. In the end, the "discounted" furniture cost us more than if we had gone to a more reputable furniture store.
Note the rating I gave was "one star" because in order to post this review I had to give it a star or else it would not have deserved any.…

Customer service?. I visited this site recently. I saw several items that I liked. However, after walking 3-4 laps around the store searching for someone to assist me with purchasing these items, I left. Fortunately, I found the same item I was looking for, brand new, for cheaper.…
