Bad experience.. I have given this place several changes now and I am done after today. The entire staff, including the doctors, are more concerned with fashion and how they look than the medicine they are administering. I always feel like I am being judged and talked about after I leave. I had a laser procedure here and it was a nightmare. I called with a question and Dr. Rostan called me back and she was so rude. I would definitely NOT go here with a serious skin condition like cancer. It felt more like a sorority party than a doctor's office. The nurses and staff members were preoccupied and just plain rude. Of course, they charge a lot too. Go elsewhere to a doctor who cares more about their patients than themselves.

Twilight Zone. I have never had such a weird experience. Great website, bio, office, etc.. The assistant spent more time with me than doctor and i don't think she knew a whole lot (didn't know the drug I mentioned which is ubiquitous). Dr. spoke in medical terms even when I asked her what she meant. I asked them to call in prescriptions for me instead of me having to take them to the pharmacy and then go pick them up and they wouldn't. I had to ask the check-out person for clarification because the doctor was not going to hang around to answer any questions. I left with tears in my eyes, feeling I had just been in the twilight zone. Don't judge a doctor by their nice pic or high-tech website. Ask friends and family instead. Live and learn...

Great Doctor. Dr. Rostan is great. Love the staff and thought they were helpful. Finished some fillers ...love Sculptra. Now I don't think I need a face lift. Recommend her to all my friends.

Great treatment. I always thought I had to live with my not so attractive veins on my legs..... although summer is my favorite time of year, I dreaded wearing shorts. I went to see Dr. Rostan and with a simple procedure (they injected something into the veins and it doesn't even hurt)... I am so pleased with the way my legs look and feel. With maybe one or two more treatments, ... I should have legs that I won't have to worry about next summer. Thank you!

Caring staff and doctor. Recently I went to have botox and a filler. Dr. Rostan has an expert touch and provides results that look amazing. Friends comment on how "young" I look. Also I appreciated that Dr. Rostan worked within my budget but still provided me with a great look.

The staff seemed very friendly and my appointment was right on time!

Avoid at All Cost!. Just had a bad experience with this office. Doctor removed a mole, and made a mistake because of which I had to go in for a 2nd appointment. Normally, if it is the doctor's fault...the 'corrective' appointment is free to the patient. But no, they charged me for the appointment AND the 2nd lab work (which I didn't request).

Unprofessional staff, all they want is your money (they'll go to any lengths to make you come in the office multiple times, AND CHARGE YOU EVERY TIME!).

Great help w/ Rosacea. After going from Dr to Dr for years, I finally found someone to really help me - Dr Rostan was great! After 4 laser sessions, I was 99% cured (there is never a 100% cure for rosacea). I was thrilled! Yes, you are a bit rushed and speak with her assistants longer than the actual Dr but her work is amazing.

Worst experience. This was the worst experience I have ever had with an MD. Rude, rushed, exhibited no sense of respect for the patient, yelled at her nursing assistant.

Never go back!
