Way overrated. First time there, but a big disappointment. The crust is great, but the toppings were like something you'd get on a frozen pizza. The Italian sausage is lousy. I had the Extreme and wouldn't get it again. Based on the positive reviews, I might have just chosen the wrong pizza.
pizza, pizza, pizza!. having eaten pizza in every city i've lived in or visited, i have to say this is the best! great homemade taste and i love the by-the-slice aspect. so many options for a quick bite or large appetite.
Good. I love there pizza, wings, and service. I would not consider this as fast food but home made for a better meaning. Goooooooooooooooooooooood!!
Best Pizza in Charlotte. I love the menu and the name for the beverages. Lubricants how creative. Don't forget the wings. Love the bonelss wings. Did I say love yeah love them.
Great downtown pizza, awesome wings!!. New to the Charlotte area, from Philly, we were very surprised to get this quality of a pizza. But even better yet, the wings! And Philly people know their food! Service was ok, friendly enough, just nothing over the top..especially to have a tip jar out. Food was great though and we plan on returning often.
Editorial Review by Citysearch Editors. Motorists heading down South Boulevard with stomachs on empty can stop in to fill up on pizza, salads, subs, wings and more.
Fantastic service. I am a resident of New York City and I went to Charlotte on vacation and I was told by locals that this cafe serves New York style pizza, so I decided to give it a try. After eating in the cafe I felt like I was back home. The food there was excellent and the service was unbelievable. The waitress took the time to talk with me and recommended pizza for me to try. I would absolutly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for delicious food, a nice atmosphere, and very sweet and helpful people.
horrible service!!!!. On Feburary 5th I called Fuel to get a pizza delivered. I immediately asked if they delivered to my address. They said "yes". After an hour and a half I called back to get the status of my delivery. They said that they couldn't deliver, it was too far. I asked why didn't they tell me that or at least call back so I could make other plans. They didn't have a reason except bad customer service. I told them they should make an exception and deliver the pizza an extra 2 miles than there usual delivery radius. The manager told me she would call me back in 15 minutes but, of course, she didn't. Horrible customer service.
