Awful

In my first visit to Charlotte (last October 06), I was taken to this restaurant by our people down here. That time I loved the food. I just arrived two days ago back to Charlotte and I decided to go by myself. What a horrible experience!!!! The server treated me nice at the beginning but then completely forgot about me. My food (gnocchi) came before the wine and I got bread because I asked for. The Manager noticed that she never brought my wine and said that he will give it to me for free. Thanks to that wine my food experience wasn?t that horrible (still was awful). As I said, I ordered the gnocchi (same what I ate in October) and were by far the worst Italian meal in my life. I am a person that travels a lot and that food was even worst that jellyfish in China. I cannot believe how a place can go from good to that in less than a year. OUT OF TOWNERS: AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

• Pros: Manager tries very hard.
• Cons: Food, service from waiter.
