Spicy chicken and fresh biscuits--never more than 20 minutes out of the oven--keep customers coming back for more..
In Short
Bojangles' first restaurant opened in 1977, serving Cajun-style chicken, biscuits and other Southern comfort foods. Today the franchise, with locations mainly in the southern and eastern United States, offers its signature dishes along with fresh-brewed sweet iced tea and sides including dirty rice, spicy fries and coleslaw. The morning menu features breakfast platters and biscuit sandwiches; later offerings include filet sandwiches and combos, dinner plates with side dishes and family-style boxes.
Morons work at the Randolph Rd location.
On my LAST visit ever to this location, I came inside and placed a regular box lunch order. Upon reaching the cashier, I was greeted by an incoherent girl whose grammar was so bad I almost asked for a translator. I stood to the side for about 20 minutes and still no food. When I asked little Miss Ebonics where my order was, she snapped that they must have lost my ticket. It was like they were under-staffed that day. I could see about 10 other workers, all moving in slow motion. I was so ticked at this point that i simply asked for my money back. As if to purposely annoy me more and give her co workers and good laugh- the girl proceeded to get on the speaker sys and announce to the whole restaurant that 'dis lady want her money back!' The so-called manager appeared; a 19 yr old lad with his pants practically around his ankles. He smiled, exchanged no words with me as he gave me my money back. No apology, no consolation for my wait, his staffs' screw-ups, nothing.
Not saying I should have expected too much more from fried chicken slingers, but I like Bojangles'! Most of the time, it's decent food and it was disapointing that they let just anybody run their stores. Avoid this location if you can
