LOVE LOVE LOVE. Yes it's small, but it's so worth it! It's great for kids and even better for adults! Some of the staff have been there since it opened! So, don't judge a book by it's cover or you will miss out on some yummy food!!!

A must try.. I went here with a group of friends and this place is fun and relaxed. I had the crab cakes/mac n cheese and they were mouth watering. My friend had the shrimp/grits and she raved about them. So stop in and try it out.

Charlotte's Best Cajun and Creole Restaurant. You may have to wait at the Cajun Yard Dog if you go on a busy night, but everything on the menu is worth the wait. Don't come grumpy and please play nice if you are going to come. Our favorites include the fried green tomatoes, the daily seafood specials, the fried chicken, po' boy sandwiches, caesar salad, soup of the day....should I go on. You must give "The Dog" a try today. I like the week days better as it is less crowded. The staff is super friendly too! ....

Flavorful Cajun food, friendly staff. Quaint little restaurant that offers tasty homestyle cooking with a cajun twist. Meatloaf, fried chicken, cajun fish, cajun catfish bites, deviled eggs, homemade mac and cheese, and fried green tomatoes-- mmm mmm!!

It's a rather small restaurant, so get there early because it fills up quickly!! And come with an empty stomach because their food is FILLING! The only thing I'd have to tell people to NOT order is the side item of green beans-- they taste like they're straight out of a can. eww.

Not only is the food delicious, but the staff are amazing. The owner is usually behind the bar, and everyone tries to treat me like family every time I go in.

Overall this is a great place for families or for a happy hour with the friends (they have quite an extensivebeer list).

Great Atmosphere, Good Food. The first thing you notice when you step into this restaurant is all the decor. I love what they've done with this place. It's very informal and you can just seat yourself. The waiters are curteous and the service generally fast.

Love their shrimp creole. It's my favorite. The food is good, it's not the best cajun I've ever had, but it's close to me and good enough. It's great when they have the live band playing. Just a exciting aura about the place. I love it.
