Charlotte's Worst Car Dealer. BEWARE OF HI-LINE GARAGE!!! They contacted us about a vehicle we were trying to sale online because we had it priced low at trade in value. We described the vehicle to them in great detail over the phone and made sure they knew everything about the vehicle and its condition. The car needed a few repairs which would cost about 300.00 at a body shop. We made a verbal agreement on the telephone on the price and went to meet them at their bank the next day to make the transaction. When we arrived at the bank they picked the car apart out and said they would give us 600.00 less than what we agreed upon on the phone. We said no because that was not the price we had agreed on. They then argued with us about the price for about 15 minutes and continued walking around the car pointing out everything they didn

Buyer beware!. Buyer beware! Bought a Mercedes C230 Kompressor from this dealer in 2004. The car was "Car Fax Certified" (still have their printed ad on the car). Just went to trade it in. Found out when the dealer printed the Car Fax that the car had been wrecked twice and the odometer had been rolled back before I purchased it. I got nothing for the car because a bank will not loan on a car with these issues and reputable dealers do not want them. A second dealer confirmed the same. It is my fault because I trusted the word of HLG and did not ask to see the Car Fax. Don't do the same!!!
