Red Lobster: Concord mills Blvd..
Upon entering the restaurant my daughter became fussy as she was woken on the way in. Not a problem, it is somthing that is very easily fixed. As soon as we sat down we were greeted by a friendly waitress who seemed to not mind that it took me a minute to get what my children wanted to drink figured out. However after that is when it all turned. My son (who is one) began grabbing the menus and crayons and trying to eat them, which is not a problem hes a baby he likes to play. However when the waitress came back i had not had a chance to look at my menu and she very rudly told us that our appitizer would be right out but she was now taking our order. I had not even had time to glance at the menu, and when i said i didnt know she proceeded to my husband to ask him what he wanted instead of giving us a few more minutes. I chose a dish that was alright, not somthing i would get again. After our food came out (which she did not bring someone else did) we did not see our waitress until she was asking about boxes and the check, even though i was still trying to eat my meal. Just found it very rude that when i tried to have a nice night out with my family that i was rushed out of the restaurant. I know it was not the restaurant that implicated my evening but the staff is a huge part in bringing customers back.

Traditional dishes and all -you-can-eat salad, soup and bread sticks are the draw at this upscale-casual Italian restaurant..
In Short
Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.
