(Carolina Mall) has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I sent a watch off to replace a pin 30 days ago and still haven’t seen my watch. My watch had a guarantee return date of 6/14/12 and still hasn’t been returned (it’s now 6/24/12).
Worse than that, I don’t think the employee sent the watch off until my wife went to see if it was ready on the 14th. We have received nothing but poor attitude from the young snobby employees. We have called or gone by the store three times now and the clerks have completely blown us off.
As things got heated on my most recent visit, I had one of the clerks jokingly tell me that he was going to personally handle it and signed a card “Joey Da Jewler”. My wife had to peel me out of the store before security had to be called.

Worst Jewelry Store EVER!!!. My fiance bought my engagement ring from Marks & Morgan @ Carolina Mall in Concord, NC on 5/18/10. I took it to them to get it sized & they sized it wrong the first time but with all the excitement I decided to live with it as it wasn't to big. Well after losing a lot of weight I had no choice but to get it resized. So in May of 2011 I took it in & had it sized again. I got it back 6 weeks later to only have the biggest of the 3 stones chipped. Extremely upset but knowing there wasn't much I could do I had them send it to their home office to have the stone replaced. About 7 weeks later I get the ring back & this time the side of the ring was bent! I was beyond furious. They again sent the ring back to home office. I at this point called their home office to get some answers. I began working with a girl named Lisa who was the only one that really worked with us & had the slighest bit of professionalim! She assured me she would take care of things. She also gave me the option to special order a ring that would already be in my size though it would take about 8 weeks. I agreed to that & was told that when my original ring came back from repair that I could wear that until my special order ring came in! Well they never called to say that original ring came in so I called to check in on the status as I needed that ring for engagement pictures we had been postponing several times due to all this. I was told that it came back & had to be shipped back because NOTHING had been done to it! Again they NEVER bothered to call & tell me this. Well weeks later the ring is returned again & again nothing was done to the ring. Pictures continued to have to be postponed & now will not be ready for my events!!!! A few days after this my special order ring arrives & all three diamonds have what they called "occulsions" which made the ring look dark grey almost black!!! I again called & talked to Lisa & we had to work out something out. I ended up having to pick out a ring in the store that was either like mine or within the pricing of mine & was going to have it sized! I went with the same ring & ended up taking it to one of their other chain stores to have it sized while I waited! Why we didn't do this all along I am not sure with all the problems I don't know. The store was NO HELP, Sarcastic, insulted my intelligence several times, & unprofessional throughout the whole process. Lisa did was she could within her limits & even gave us a $150 gift card to spend at a sister store cause she was told I would NEVER set foot back in that store again! When you spend the money on a 1ct ring you expect a lot more then this granted in my opinion when you buy anything you deserve A LOT more then this!!!! I would NEVER refer anyone to this store! During all this they even had a new manager take over & nothing was different about things. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
the worst jewelery store ever visited as well as the company as a whole.. I visited marks and morgan and had purchased my weddin rings from there. everything was fine untill i picked them up from the repair shop being sized. They looked horrible. we had asked that we had new rings ordered when we originally dropped off the rings for sizing and it was fine by the store manager Lori. after a month and a half, i went back to check on my rings and they werent even ordered! she said i dont know what happened i will check. a few days later i called their home office to find out what is going on because i had heard nothing from them. they said she never had agreed to order them for us. they said they ordered them now, but we will not have them fr our wedding since they were just ordered. i was like well what am i supposed to do now? well they said i ca return them and get my money back. i had no time for that as my wedding was like 2 days later. i was stuck with the crappy fixed rings for my wedding. so much more happened that i cant even begin to tell you of how bad i was treated as well as my now, wife. i hope nobody does the same mistake and purchase from the company.
