I liked everything but the cheesecake. Im not very hard to please but when you name your restaurent after something you offer that something better be good! I went here to eat with my wife and the appitezers and entrees were great but then the cheesecake let us down. It was mushy and overly sweet and when I asked our waiter if this was the way it was suppose to taste he didnt offer any good explenation for why it was so bad. Good for the food but the cheesecake was a flop.…
Nice place..
We went there for the first time on valentine's day of last year 2008, with the kids, it was a nice experience.
the entrees were very nice and the dessert was the best, we had the Godiva cheesecake.
The atmosphere is romantic but it was a bit loud…
Melhor lugar para dormir. Realmente e incrivel a qualidade dos alimentos deste estabelecimento, quanto mais eu visito com meus familiares mais eu gosto e volto outras vezes porque a comida e realmente muito boa.
Consistantly good. We have probably been here a hundred times in our short time in Charlotte. Food is pretty consistant except for a couple duds. Servers are usually great except for the occassional one that doesn't want to be there. The funniest thing is every time we are there, there is always an "OP-A" moment with plates or glasses crashing to the floor. I will say though that we do not tend to go during busy times when the wait is longer than a half hour. The few times we've gone when it's busy has been the same times the food suffers in quality.…
Crazy on the weekends, Great food, So many choices, I don't know about the customer service. AFter having cheesecake in Pasadena and Beverly Hills, I have to say, the service is not up to par.The food here is always excellent and the bread is sometimes warm, sometimes stale. One time, my inlaws were in town, so we decided to Cheesecake. The watress was pretty new and she spilled a whole glass of water on me. Then, didn't even attempt to make up for it. Also, she didn't even tell us that her shift was over and we weren't helped the rest of the evening. It was sad and I don't like the waiting either. The girls at the front counter don't seem professional and are always talking about nonimportant things. The only people I think are working are the busboys/girls & the cooks. if everyone worked like their lives depended on it, we would be a happier society because no one would get jipped.…
