The Scene – Located in a set of renovated warehouses and factories in the historic South End, La Paz has a distinctly urban look to it, though it manages to retain a sense of warmness. Went here 4 an early x-mas party (reservations of course) when we arrived we were looked over (finding out later) due to the fact that our table wasn't ready and they were extremely short staffed (that day). The food was pretty good but I have had better. Monterrey is always #1 on my list and then On The Border. You have to park in the parking deck which is really cramped and usually full. Other than that check them out!

I have been to La Paz several times over the past few months, and each time is always so much fun. I love beer, and for $2 you can upgrade to a 34oz "man mug" as they call it! I might go back tonight!

La Paz always haas great food and great drinks. Their drink specials are very good too! From 2 dollar margaritas to muddle your own mojitos. The food is always fresh and comes out very quickly. Best Mexican in Charlotte.

La Paz has always held a special place in my heart, and I love to see this place just keep getting better and better. My wife and I dine here probably twice a month, and every time, we get great service, quick refills (Go on Sunday $2 Margaritas) and the food always tastes so fresh.
I love La Paz so much I find myself craving it just sitting at home. I always look forward to that first mouth watering chip and salsa, to the last fork full of my combo, and wash it all down with a icy cold beer!
