WORST RESTRAUNT IN PINEVILLE. Tonight was my second vist to this restraunt since the open of it. My first visit was an okay expierence. the lady took our drink order right away and when she brought us our drinks we told her we needed a few minutes to decided she came back about 15 minutes later it took about another 30 minutes to get our food and it was wrong. it was very simple cheese enchilada with chile con queso sauce on top no red sauce. she gave us the wrong thing. and when she brought out the right food the enchilada tortilla was hard very hard to cut with a knife and fork and the cheese was still cold on the inside. Then tonight was absolutly awful it was the same waitress she spoke no english and when i ordered a frozen margaritta with salt she brought me a hardly frozen with no salt on rim margarita. then we again said we needed a few minutes this time 20 minutes had gone by and we saw he just standing at the bar. when we ordered our food it went as follows

NO. 8 (CHEESE ENCHILADE & TAMALE WITH CHILE CON QUESO SAUCE)

it took 45 MINUTES to recieve our food. My grandmothers nachos had been sitting so long the meat was cold the nachos were to soggy, and her steak was well done not medium rare.

my fathers had no warmth like it had come out of a fridge or been sitting there for well 30 of the 45 minutes.

my fiances did not even come out when we all noticed the mistakes

mine was a beef enchilada not cheese and had red sauce..and was cold as well

We corrected the waiter and got the manager..he sent them back...when they came back my grandmothers was hot meat was still well done

my dad didnt send his back my fiances enchilada was again tough to cut even with a knife.

and mine came again as a chicken and cheese enchilada.

The waitress came back and said "it is my fault and the chef is new" which makes no sense.

the manager had no curtosey as to try and fix the inconvience the charged me extra for my cheese sauce which was $3.75 half of the cost of my meal in itself.

he did no discount, and did not even say he was sorry.

WORST EXPEIRENCE OF MY LIFE..BOTH TIMES! DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL! DO NOT GO THEIR.

My new favorite Mexican restaurant!!. I go out for Mexican for probably 3 to 4 times a month. I usually go to Monterrey's off of Park Road Extention. The food has always been relatively tasty but I thought I'd try a new restaurant a few weeks ago. Very pleasantly surprised. I loved that in addition to chips and salsa you get when you are seated, they also bring out a melted cheese, pinto beans, and beef dip. The female servers were very enjoyable and prompt. Much better than some of the creepy males that stare at you over at Monterrey. Give it a try, I'm sure that you will be pleased.

Worst experience ever! Do not eat here!. Horribe experience. The waitress did not speak english. Half our meals came at different times and were not correct. Additionally, our meals did not come with side items as stated in menu, waitress argued about meals at which point we had to request menus to show her what the meals were suppose to be and come with. The waitress tried to blame mix up on us. Manager was rude and not helpful. HORRIBLE!! I would not recommend this to anyone!

OMG!. Me and the girls just love El Vallarta. The best lunch special in town with the best flavor. Its absolutely stupendous!! great way to economize and enjoy a great lunch. Its approved by all the fans out there that we all have!

Wonderful, wonderful. We love going to El Vallarta and go about once a week. The best place to sit is on the side porch. The servings are so big that many times you only need to order one meal for two. The owner is always there and checking in on how the food and service is and the service is fast. Good quality food to where you don't have to wonder...

Delicioso. The food here is great for the price, though they compromise the crispiness of some items by slathering them with cheese. Every item I have had has been good to fantastic. To increase the value, you can often get 2 for 1 coupons in the coupon books. (though it is a great value without them) The service is fast and usually friendly.

Best Mex. WOW! Local flavor with a kick. Best mexican food in town! The manager is a hoot. You cant beat the value. We love it! Great flavor, great drinks, great for familys. Can handle medium sized groups. The deck is great during the warmer seasons.
