Good. Really overpriced, but highly recommended if you are looking for NY style Italian market type items

much ado about nothing. When an Italian-American goes to a I'talian provisions' shop, he expects to see certain items, none of which were available at Pasta and Provisions; the provolone was the rubbery kind you can get at any supermarket; the dried sausages, etc were Boar's Head; you can get better salami, etc at Trader Joe's. What a wasted trip

25 miles each way!

Not a real Italian market. If I could give it a no stars I would. I guess if you don't know Italian food or if you aren't Italian this place would be OK for you, but from a first generation born Sicilian in the states, who grew up on real Italian food and real Italian markets in Chicago, this place stinks. What kind of Italian Market doesn't sell Cannoli forms? When I asked about it I was told they don't even make the Cannoli shells there, they are premade mess they have shipped in. Don't waste your time here, they are over priced, have an attitude when they don't have a clue what they are talking about, and the selection is no where near what it is at Ferruccis.

what a find!. first of all "littlegirltree", just because your scared of the dark, don't try to discredit this little fine italian style grocerie. Go during the day and, seriously, who cares what the parking lot looks like, and for that matter it was fine. Pulled right up to the door on a friday night at 6pm. Picked up italian sausage, fresh angel hair, and two bottle of the most flavorful wines for an extremely reasonable price. The employees are extremely helpful at making recommendations for wine pairings. Cooked a 5 star meal with wine and food for 6 under 30$ including sausage, pasta, peppers, onion, tomatoes, bread, and more. Amazing place and would recommend this to any foodie who enjoys cooking, entertaining, and eating gormet food at a rediculously inexpensive price. You can order just about anything online as well.

Parking Lot Is Hellish. Unless you have a tank or a sherpa, skip this place. I am scared to death of the parking lot, it's poorly lit and treacherous. There's basically an alley on the side of the buildng that patrons have to walk through to get to teh parking lot, which is behind the building. The alley is a narrow raod packed w/ cars streaming in and out. No sidewalk, bad lighting, and a minefield of potholes and eneven asphalt.

The store itself IS full of snotty people as was previously mentioned. The goods are overpriced and badly selected. I've taken to special orvering my italian specialties online from pennmac instead of facing near death in the parking lot, only to be disappointed and ripped off once I get inside.

Oh, and I've NEVER seen an Italian person behind the counter!
