DISGUSTING!. UTTERLY DISGUSTING!! The night started out great. We were seated fast with a reservation. The waitress was knowledgeable and fast. Our apps arrived hot and everything was going great until a huge roach decided to take a shortcut across our table. I immediately called the hostess, who in turn ran and got the manager. The manager came back red faced and apologetic. She acknowledged the pest problem and said it was due to construction out back. That was of little consolation to me. I couldn't help but think where else those little critters might be. I would never go back there again. EVER!!!!!

Best Chain Seafood Ever. We recently moved to Charlotte from the coast of California, and we sure that we would have a hard time finding the seafood that we love, and finding it fresh. I am the type that cannot stand fishy fish. We recieved a buy one get one free voucher when we got here and decided to try it. We were pleasently supprised. The fish was cooked perfectly, as was the shrimp appitizer. We even ordered desert which was good also. We have been back a couple of times an have been satisified every time. You have a choice of toppings/sauces with your fish, which is nice with the kids, we love the mango topping. Also we have tried the pork chops and chicken both excelent. Even the prices are good for the quality and quanity of food.

Good quality fish but an overpowering sauce. Had the Gulf Grouper with the pan-Asian sauce - described by our server as a teriyaki-style sauce with wasabi cream in it. Was a cloyingly sweet and very salty sauce that overshadowed the fish. The fish itself was nicely done and very flavorful, grilled with a pepper crust, and probably would have been very good all by itself.

Otherwise, service was very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was nice.

super. If you are looking for something other than fried, this is the place. Great tasting fresh fish, served stylishly, and the servers are well trained and very friendly. This place is really good and the value for the price paid is very good. We have been to this one and the one in Greensboro, and both were excellent. This will be a regular place for us in spite of having to drive from the University area. Try it, I think you'll be impressed.
