Excellent Thai and very good sushi. Great selection of traditional Thai dishes along with full sushi menu and full bar. Very contemporary open setting. Not crowded, thanks to their obscure location in the back of an office building, made more obscure by a sign on the street that fails to mention where it is located, only giving you a hint that you're in the right place. My sushi appetizer was served promptly, was very fresh, and neatly prepared. The sushi selection lacks any originality like chef specialy sushi creations. The Thai menu is extensive. The staple Pad Thai was excellent, served promptly. Service was very prompt and frequent and refilled water BEFORE it got low (a rarity). Overall, excellent, on par with the best Thai restaurants in Chicago and an above average sushi restauant as well.

Slow service in terms of food. I love Thai food, and have it regularly. I used to go to Fuse Box often until my last few experiences. It usually takes a short time to be seated, but once you ordered, it takes anytime between 20-40 mins before your food is served. One time, the waiter came back and explained that they lost my order slip so I was just waiting in vain for 50 mins.

Today, I went to Fuse box, and believe it or not, my group and i waited an hour before we got our food. We kept asking our waiter but he complained it on their 'foodslip' machine being faulty and the kitchen did not have our order at all. This is shocking! We complained about the length of wait, and you would have expected them to 'comm' our meal, but they didn't.

The food at Fusebox is good, but go only if you can spare at least 1.5 hours for lunch, and to me, that is not worth it.

Authentic Thai cuisine and sushi bar in one spot!. A very nice restaurant with lots of rooms to spend either quick lunch or nice long dinner. Good crowd at lunch hours (expect to meet friends or co-workers there). Pad Thai is awesome, and sushi bar is a must. A bit hard to locate, but it is in uptown charlotte, same building with Morton's steakhouse
