Wonderful attention to detail...Great taste too!!. I couldn't have possibly been any happier than on my wedding day when I saw how beautiful my cake looked. It came out perfect, and it was all because Erica really took the time with me to design the cake of my dreams. It was exactly as I wanted it and tasted delicious. My husband was very pleased and we had several guests asking where it came from. Thank you Erica and Cloud 9 for adding your special touch and making my wedding that much more memorable.

Wonderful - Recommend to all my bride friends. THE best wedding cake I've ever had. The meeting with Erica was spectacular, her vision in designing a wedding cake from a flurry of cake photos of which I liked one aspect or another was amazing. She put together the most beautiful cake and the most delicious tasting cake! All of my guests raved and even my other vendors said it was one of the prettiest they had ever seen. Worth any price to have the personal attention I felt Erica provided to us during our consultation and to have received so many compliments! In fact we'll be ordering a small replica cake for our one year anniversary!

Non Paying Bride Kim Mains Houston. We were kind enough to Trust this wonderful client in stating they would pay us at the reception venue and still $480 is outstanding on our books. I've got a great email trail of a soap opera that will vouch for her smear campaign along with her termination for lying at her job as well (being we trying to collect a debt, we had to call numerous times.)

To make a long story short they made sure to leave promptly without any announcement, we should've become suspicious when the venue told us they didn't know anything about this wedding, along with No DJ, no Florist, and No Caterer a month prior to your wedding date??

After consuming and stealing all of the fantastically commented menu, there was no Kim Houston to be found. And as I forgot to mention their check for the venue Shuford House in Hickory of $1500 has also bounced.

Cloud 9 is a very hard working and fair company, we don't Lie, Scam, Cheat or Steal nor do we have bad attitudes. That's why you see us on plenty of hotels preferred vendor lists along with being an Approved David's Bridal Vendor. In our defense again, don't believe the hype and please double check your resources, you can't get something for nothing and that's not what our company is about. Wonderful!!!!. I have used Cloud 9 3 times now, and have been amazed during every experience. The team at Cloud 9 take the time to listen to the needs and the ideas of their customers then turn the everyday requests into works of art. They go above and beyond to accommodate pick up schedules (Erica the owner stayed late for me to come in to pick up my order). In regards to the earlier poster who stated they had a bad experience....I honestly can't see how! This company is a delight to work with. If they weren't, I would not have just placed my last order with them yesterday!!! Every time I have placed an order with them, Erica has gone above and beyond to communicate with me and keep me up to speed on every step of the process. SIMPLY AMAZING...I have recommended this company to several of my friends who have also used them that have had VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCES!!!!

BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS!. I ordered a birthday cake from Cloud 9 for my son's birthday. It was great, so I thought of them for my 5/10/08 wedding. I dealt with Erica the owner, who promised "even better food & service for your wedding than you received for your son's birthday". I trusted her - 1st mistake! Here's the SHORT list of problems: Erica arrived over an hour late to setup, never followed up or returned ANY phone calls during our planning stages, did not provide the food we ordered, did not bring the bartender we paid for, did not bring the other staff she promised & we paid for, did not use the the china, glass & silver provided by my venue as we agreed-used plastic instead and STOLE MY LEATHER WORKBOOK which was non-related to our wedding reception.

When my husband & I called repeatedly & left numerous messages to discuss her taking my property, she would not return our calls nor come to the phone when calling her store. When I finally did reach her store, I spoke with her husband - he cursed at me, called me a liar & hung up on me. I was finally able to speak with Erica on the phone only after giving a different name to the person answering phone - she claimed to have lost her cell phone (this was the 3rd time she used this excuse during my dealings with them). When they FINALLY admitted to having my property, I provided them with my personal FedEx number so they could return it to me. They never did.

These people are SCAM-ARTISTS. They do not deliver what they promise, steal, lie & cheat trusting people. The store does not keep regular business hours, the phones are shut off from time to time (including cell phone), her employees claim they don't get paid regularly. BEWARE OF THESE SCAM-ARTISTS!!!

This Cake is Heaven!!!. My beau ordered me a cake from here for my birthday and it was phenominal.

He called the day befor and she was able to whip something up for the next day.
