Had a break in attempt and called Waxhaw Locksmith the next morning - he came out that day replaced all the locks and set us up with a few deterrents to keep burglars away. Nice guy, great job, super reasonable price.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!. I just moved to Waxhaw and wanted to get my locks rekeyed. So I called upon Waxhaw Locksmith to get my locks rekeyed and replace couple of my locks. I was extremely satisfied with excellent timely service provided, They had an licensed technician sent to my place and got the work done very efficiently. I highly recommend Waxhaw Locksmith.

Lock set installations and rekeying to single key. We bought some lock sets from the store, but were unable to install them due to idiosyncrasies of our doors. Having just moved in to the new home and having lots of other things to do, we decided to hire a locksmith to come out and do the installation for us. We called Waxhaw Locksmith and the owner himself came out almost immediately -- within a couple of hours of our call. He was very personable, accommodating and friendly and did excellent work, happily re-using the hardware we'd purchased so we didn't have to return it. When all was done, the installations were much better than I could have done myself, even had I had the time to spend on it, and looked and worked great even on the wonky doors. He also did the re-keying for us (to set them all to a common key), made all the duplicate keys we asked for, and gave us some important basics about the lock sets we had bought. In all, it was a fantastic, painless experience.

True Professionals!!. Called and got a price quote over the phone for a re keying my house .the price was great and fair , service was awesome I'd recommend this company to anyone looking to have their residence rekeyed.

Peace of mind. Some one broke into my house, i cant describe to you how that feels to have all your personal belongings rummaged by a total stranger its one of the worst feelings i have ever felt. I called Waxhaw Locksmith's Specialist, because they had been referred to me by a friend and let me tell you it was probably the best call i made that week. The technician came out very promptly seemed really concerned with my situation, and explained to me that these things happen, and that it happens to the best of us, and the only thing you can do is move forward from it. He explained why it was easier for the perp to get in, the locks to my back door were not very good, and then also checked all my other locks , and gave me more security tips, on how to help prevent it from happening again. After he left i felt a whole lot better then before. He really gave me a better sense of security . One of the best companies i have worked with, they really care about their customers. Very satisfied. Extremely satisfied with the service that Waxhaw Locksmith's Specialist provided. Their technicians are true true professionals. I had another locksmith come to my house to replace the locks on my doors, and they really botched the job, it was amazing how much damage they had made drilled holes they didnt need to drill, and they told me i needed to get a new door, and they would help me with it. Waxhaw Locksmith specialists came out installed a security plate where the hole they other locksmith had made, replaced the rest of locks the other locksmith didn't destroy, and really fixed an atrocious situation. I will only use these guys from now on...

good service. The technicians from Waxhaw Locksmith's Specialist, really know the business and are very professional. Great job!!! When i tried to explain to them what i needed over the phone they hey knew exactly what my needs were wee able to come up with a good estimate and stood by the price they quoted me over the phone. WIll gladly do business with them
