For more than 5 years Maid In Heaven has been cleaning for me on a weekly basis. The quality of the ladies who come to clean is unsurpassed. When an issue arises, all I have to do is call the office, it is resolved promptly and corrected with the next cleaning. The service Maid In Heaven provides is vital to my well being! I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I have been quite pleased with the service we have received from Maid In Heaven over the last year and a half. Office personal are always helpful and accommodating; cleaners are professional, and do a fantastic job. We have decided for 2013 to become a weekly customer. They get a 'thumbs up' from us.

It seems my first review got deleted some how so here it is-

Horrible Service - stay a mile away!! Maid in heaven maid services was nothing but a HUGE disappointment. We signed up for their spring cleaning package i.e. 10 hrs worth of cleaning with 2 people/maids. Only one of the maids showed up and the other person NEVER showed up. There was no communication from the person who was supposed to show up until 4 hrs in to the cleaning. We found out that she had prior CRIMINAL history and had been pulled over by the Police near our locale and due to outstanding warrant sent to custody! All this while NOT a single phone call or communication from the manager/owner Beth. She merrily decided to be out of reach while all this fiasco was going on- later claiming that she herself does not work /answer calls on Saturday. Not only does the customer service get an F for incompetence but also a F for not conducting back ground checks and pretty much hiring people without establishing past criminal conduct. In addition all I have received from Maid in Heaven and the owner/manager has been bad attitude , worst customer service ever and no offer to re-mediate the situation in any shape or fashion !! Be well aware of these guys - they hire crooks , do not show up at all, cannot be reached when it matters and on top of all this end up with a boat load of bad attitude. Will strongly recommend NEVER TO Hire them anymore and grade them as an overall F !

P.S. - We depended on these guys to clean up the house before our thanksgiving guests showed up - my sick wife and I had to end up cleaning our entire upper floors.

Maid In Heaven did a BIG fall cleaning last week in preparation for the Thanksgiving dinner and festivities we are hosting at our house. I was absolutely thrilled with the results!! It's going to be a great holiday!

Beth is an excellent business woman and very caring about her customers. She offers a professional and personal service. She is very caring and is very responsive to any questions or concerns. She will work extremely hard to make certain all her customers are delighted with the Maid In Heaven Service.
