worst mexican restaurant in matthews. This restaurant has the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Ordered a jumbo house margarita and was given one that was so unbelievably strong, I was unable to drink it all. When we told the waitress twice that it would make me ill if I drank it, all she did was bring another glass with some ice in it and a small glass with more mixer instead of making another one. She could have cared less. We had to try to mix it at the table ourselves, and the drink spilled all over the table. Out of 5 orders, two were wrong. Mind you, there was only one other couple in the restaurant at that time. When we got the bill the jumbo house drink was $22.00!!!!!!! I complained to the manager that I was unable to even drink it, and that I ordered a house drink not a top shelf drink and all she did was give me the difference in price between a house and a supposedly top shelf margarita which was ony $4.00! I've had many top shelf margaritas, and believe me, this was no top shelf tequila. It was the worst I've ever tasted.....more like rubbing alcohol. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...THIS RESTAURANT HAS GONE DOWN HILL AND IS CUTTING CORNERS EVERYWHERE!

B-A-D Bad..... This places doesnt even deserve one stare. Couldn't post unless a star was given. BAAAAAAD customer service. The server told us margaritas were half off, when the check came the drinks were full price, the server seemed to have retracted her statement and said she never told us they were half off. The manager was no help, he took the side of the server, in turn making us look to be liars. Its pretty bad when a business that is dependent on there customers doesn't take care of them. Never will visit any of the locations again.

Yummy food!. Been coming here for several years. I love their salsa! My personal lunch/dinner favorite is the pollo con crema (chicken, green peppers, and onions in a Mexican sour cream sauce served with rice, beans, and cactus salad). I get corn tortillas instead of flour. I also like their arroz con pollo. The person I usually go with likes their burritos.

Dinner comes with complimentary dessert: a dessert tortilla chip--I don't know what they're called, but no it's not like a chip that you had as an appetizer!--with cinnamon (and maybe sugar?), honey (or something sticky), whipped cream, and strawberry drizzle. It's quite tasty!

Try it and I think you will like it. Great pico de gallo and chips. Quite a few great dishes we rotate between. Pork carnitas are a fav of my husband. Enchalidas de Cameron is my fav. Never had a problem with their service or food. Reasonably priced.

CAUTION!!!. This restaurant has the worst customer service ever. I was a regular until today. I called in an order over the phone the gentlemen who took my order was very pleasant until he began speaking Spanish to another gentlemen nearby about me. Using profanity and that he did not wish to take my F****** order. I am sure he was unaware that I did not speak or understood Spanish which I did. Then he handed the phone to him and told him he refused to take my order. The other gentlemen got on the phone and said can I help you. I asked him to place the other gentleman on the phone that I was speaking with first. I asked him that I wanted to speak with him and the gentlemen told him I don?t want to speak with that B**** in Spanish. I then told them that I understood everything that they were saying and asked to speak with the manager. They left me on hold for 10 Min. Then another gentlemen gentleman got on the phone and said he was the Manager and I explain to him the situation. He took my name and number down and said he would need to investigate this. I have yet to hear back from them. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone unless you like this type of customer service.

Great Mexican. I was hesitant to go to Mexican because I am on a very strict diet. When I told the waiter I was on a diet he was quick to make suggestions and accomidate my needs. I ended up having the Carni asada with the beans and rice togo (for my dogs) and a side of castus salad instead of the guacamole salad. He didn't bring the chips to my table and he was quick to refill my diet coke. The service was fantastic and my food was cooked just right and it was a great portion considering I didn't have the rice and beans.
