Hello?. The past two times I have been to this Chico's, I have not purchased anything.

Why?

The clothes are great, good prices, super cute stuff. But, the staff does not acknowledge their customers.

Both times I've been, no one has greeted me and unless I go up to them and ask for a dressing room I won't get any customer service. I could walk out of the store without any interaction between me and the associates. Also, the days I have gone into the store were weekdays when it was pretty slow, not on a busy weekend. I like to be greeted when I walk into a store and feel welcome. Ask me if I need help finding something.

I couldn't bring myself to buy something from them because of the awful service.

Very Very disappointing.

Will not recommend to others.
