You Get What You Pay For. Whoever wrote the previous rating must work at Derby Dinner. Despite the low prices, the experience is hardly one that I would like to repeat. I found this place in the AAA Tourbook. If you're traveling and want a convenient place off I-77, DD might work. If you want a nice dining experience, you'll want to look elsewhere!

Great Value. My girlfriend and I ate at the Derby Diner and found it to be great food, GREAT VALUE and very, very friendly. If you want good food at a reasonable price, check it out. It's better food than you would get at one of the upscale chains and much less expensive. Try the fried cheese cake. When we were there about ten policemen were eating there also, which tells me it's a great place.
