They totally saved me

After Budget Rent-a-Truck up the street left me stranded on my moving day without a truck (see my other review on them), U-Haul totally saved me on my "moving weekend." I went down there late on a Saturday afternoon, as their rental hours were about to end, and I told them I was in desperate need of a 10' truck, since Budget didnt honor my reservation for one. The Budget folks were actually the ones who told me to go over to this U-Haul place. U-Haul told me they would have the exact truck I needed at 4pm on Sunday and that I could return it to them the next morning. Not only was the truck practically brand new (8k miles), but it was in great shape, and it was there when they told me it would be!!! Their prices are also lower than Budget's. Yes, the older Pakistani guy seemed a little stand-offish at first, but once I started talking to him a little he was really quite sweet and friendly. They really helped me out when I was in a bind, and from now on my business will go to them whenever I'm in need of a truck. Great experience.
