THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN CHARLOTTE. The chips and salsa is great. Along with their famous cheese dip. Also, the steak nachos are to die for. Their fajitas are always sizzling and heard coming before they even hit the table. The service is wonderful and their bar specials are always great. Very affordable and accommodating. I'd highly recommend this place.

Average Mexican Food. First time going to this Mexican restaurant, just to try something new. It was very busy but got seated right away. Friendly service. Got warm chips and salsa right away. Asked if they had any other salsa, they said no, they had some hot sauce to add to the salsa. I am use to at least 3 different types of salsa at a restaurant. Not impressed. I ordered a fajita chimichanga with black beans instead of refried beans. But they do not serve black bean so i asked them to hold the beans. The chimichanga was really big. As big as a Qdoba burrito. But traditionally it should be fried, but only the ends of it were, the middle was completely soft. The taste was pretty average, wasn't overly impressed. I wish the veggies inside had some lime juice for some tangy flavor. Would I go back... probably not. But if you like big portion Mex food, this is the place for you. I prefer flavor over quantity.

Good food and Service. I have been to this place a couple of times and would go back. Seems like they are always packed but every time I have been I was seated right away. Good Mexican food, and great salsa. Prices are average, actually one of the less smokey bar area around.

Good Food...Pass on the Margaritas. great food..really good lunch prices..only thing I'm not impressed with are the margaritas. You'd think they'd be better seeing that you're in a mexican restaurant..but honestly, they're not worth the money. Chili's down the street has better ones

#1 Mexican Food In Charlotte. Do not eat here, because I don't want to give you the secret of THE BEST mexican food in Charlotte. I have tried tons of Mexican Resturants in Charlotte and SALSA is by far the best. First off, the salsa you get when you sit down is the best, chips are always fresh & hot, not your bagged type. Great Lunch Deals!! Great Drink Specials!! Most importantly the service is outstanding... friendly and AUTHENTIC! The Fajitas are perfect everytime. My personal favorite is the Taco Salads becuse you get a free cheese dip with it, and its so cheap. That's the best part, great awesome food, great value, authentic, and so good. After you eat here you will want to add a better review then I have just written. Enjoy, Eat Drink. OLAY!! Also there is another SALSA's that has just opened off of North Sardis Road and Monroe.

Best Mexican food in Charlotte. Okay, being a transplant in the Charlotte area has made me sort of a culinary snob. There are exceptions and Salsa's is one of them! With 2 locations to boot (also in the Sardis shopping mall area) this place has it all. Try the guacomole dip and their signature salsa and chips to start and you'll realize that you've hit the jackpot!

Fresh and Good. ....they seem to have the best prepared freshest food of any Mexican restaurant I've dined in ...good service and prices as well...great for families
