Best fettuccine alfredo I've Ever Had, Unlike anything else. This place it top notch. I am in Charlotte on business and last night I felt like having some Italian, I am staying close to the airport and wanted somewhere quick and easy to drive to with great food. this was the place! The wait was about 20 minutes on Saturday night around 6pm and well worth it! The service was top notch, I had the crab cakes to start with which came with an amazing red sauce. I order fettuccine alfredo with shrimp cooked in a white wine garlic and butter sauce. This was absolutely incredible, one of the best meals I've had in years. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Charlotte area. I wish this was closer to home, I'd eat there every week!!! Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Quick and Tasty Lunch. If you arrive for lunch a bit early like 11:45 you can easily get in and out in less than 30 minutes. The zesty chicken soup is fantastic when paired with the Italian salad. Comfortable restaurant with nice booths.

Chicken Trio. In town for convention - was suggested by front desk @ Hilton Garden Inn - very good food and service - 2nd night I had them deliver to my room - WOW it was not only good but they actually arrived within 20 minutes - highly suggest

Fantistic Food and Service. I am from New York and loved to go to Little Italy in Manhattan when we moved here I didn?t think I would ever find a place that even came close to Little Italy?s restaurants but Carrabbas has...I had the Lentil and Sausage soup and I could not have made it better. Our waiter Mike was the best he explained everything to us and made wonderful suggestions. We ordered Mike?s favorite and we soon realized why it was his favorite?The meal was delicious it was presented beautifully and tasted outrageous. We could not find one thing wrong with anything at Carrabbas you can?t lose great food fantastic service and wonderful atmosphere. They really make you feel like family. This will become our favorite place to eat.

Go for the food, not the service.. We had a party of 3. Again, after we greet the host/manager before he greeted us (he was just staring looking spacey). We asked him if we could sit near the TV, but the table wasn't cleaned up from previous guests. So he said it will be one moment. We waited 15 mins at least! for that table thats right infront of him to get cleaned while he stands there! I know its the waiter's job to clean the tables, but he's just standing there! Wouldn't kill him to get a towel and take 2 measely glasses in the kitchen!! So after 15 mins, we ordered and the food was great, but one dish had too much seasoning, so my friend returned it. Overall very tasty, but bad Host once again at a restaurant.

A wonderful place!. Carrabbas is the best place to take your family and friends. You are truly treated like family! Excellent food as well as excellent service. You also have the chance of watching the chefs cook, you can't find that at any other great restuarant, unless its Japanese food. So go to Carrabbas and have an awesome time!!
