We went to see the movie Public Enemies and half way into the movie it just stopped. We complained and they came in gave everyone a free ticket to come back to see another movie. We missed at least 10 min's of the movie and they started the movie again and stopped it again after 10 min's into it to recap what we had missed in the other 10 min. They told us blah, blah, blah...(.And that is the word they used). We went back this weekend see Harry Potter and the samething happened again, with only 30 min. left in the movie they gave us free tickets to come back again but, we don't even want to try it again!!! For this place to be so much more expensive than other theathers it is a big disappointment!!!!
I've seen better down the road.
Um... when are these big chains going to realize that more is not better? I mean, there are three theaters within a 2 mile radius here, and two of them are from the same chain! There is a privately owned theater just down the road that puts these "mega-plexes" to absolute SHAME! This one is okay, but the on-screen presentation is pretty bad, and the sound wasn't so hot. The staff was okay, but the whole "bigger theater" theme gets a little old. I honestly don't know how this company can keep building more theaters. Oh well, judge for yourself. I'll never go there again.
